Applications open for 2019 UWIN undergraduate and post-baccalaureate fellowships

Applications are now open for the 2019 WRF Innovation Undergraduate and Post-baccalaureate Fellowships in Neuroengineering.  Applications are due by Monday, March 4, 2019.

Applications open for 2018 UWIN postdoctoral fellowships in neuroengineering

Applications are open for UWIN’s 2018 WRF Innovation Postdoctoral Fellowships in Neuroengineering.  These highly selective fellowships fund research in computational and engineering approaches to neuroscience; joint mentoring between faculty in different disciplines is strongly encouraged.

The fellowships provide two years of funding including a $65,000 annual salary and a $25,000 research stipend.

Applications open for 2017 UWIN graduate fellowships

Applications are open for the 2017 WRF Innovation Graduate Fellowships in Neuroengineering.

These prestigious fellowships provide a graduate stipend of $30,000 for two years, as well as full tuition coverage and $2000 in travel funds.  Graduate students in any UW degree-granting program who have committed to doing research in the lab of one of UWIN’s faculty members are welcome to apply.  Individuals from underrepresented minority groups are especially encouraged to apply.  Co-mentoring between experimental and theoretical or engineering groups is encouraged.

New Graduate Certificate in Neural Computation and Engineering

We are delighted to announce the launch of a new Graduate Certificate Program in Neural Computation and Engineering. This program is open to students enrolled in any graduate program whose coursework and research is appropriate to the domain of quantitative neuroscience, computational neuroscience and neural engineering.
